STUDENTS

Milwaukee Lutheran High School's enrollment of almost 700 includes students from communities throughout the greater Milwaukee including Brookfield, Cedarburg, Germantown, Grafton, Menomonee Falls, Mequon, Milwaukee, New Berlin, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, West Bend, Whitefish Bay and more.

While MLHS is a distinctly Lutheran high school (over 47% of students are Lutheran) students of all faiths are welcome. Our multicultural student body is representative of the community in which we reside.

Having a successful high school experience is one of our highest priorities at MLHS .  To that end, all freshmen take part in the FROSH (Freshmen Relying On Senior Help) Program.  Freshmen are divided into small groups (4-6 students each) and meet weekly with an upper class student who serves as their mentor, explaining what is expected of a student at MLHS and the various activities of high school life.  Each mentor works with their freshman group to ensure a smooth transition from elementary school into high school and build a foundation for them to be successful in ensuing years.
