Milwaukee Lutheran’s Athletic Hall of Fame, established in 2016, honors the athletes, coaches, and service members who have contributed to the school’s athletic excellence since its founding in 1955. We celebrate their God-given talents, achievements as Red Knights, and continued success in athletics, careers, and community endeavors. Inductees, selected based on their accomplishments during and after their time at MLHS, are recognized during a halftime ceremony at a home football game.

The first form is for an athlete nomination. Please scroll down for a coach nomination. The last form on this page is for distinguished service nomination.

Athlete Nomination

Criteria:

  • The nominee must have been a Milwaukee Lutheran athlete and lettered in one or more varsity sports.
  • The nominee must be a graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran. 
  • The nominee must be out of school a minimum of 10 years beyond graduation.

All information will remain confidential until nominees are actually selected.

Coach Nomination

Criteria:

  • The coach must have been a contracted coach of Milwaukee Lutheran. 
  • The coach cannot be currently coaching at Milwaukee Lutheran at the time of consideration.
  • Excellence in coaching is considered (i.e. overall record, conference championships, state competitions, team tournament championships, winning regional, sectional or state, coached individuals who had success at the state/conference level, etc. 
  • Coaching responsibilities extending over a long period of time and in multiple sports at all levels (FR, JV1, JV2, Varsity) are valued.

Distinguished Service Nomination

Criteria:

  • Any individual who has made significant contributions to the Milwaukee Lutheran athletic program, in roles other than athlete or coach may be nominated.
  • A non-association employee may still be a current contributor to the Milwaukee Lutheran athletic program.
  • Longevity of an individual’s contributions is important. Contributions of time, energy, and financial support will receive consideration.
