MLHS-Choir

CHOIR

The heart of worship is praise.  Praise is the heart of choir.

And the choir is a huge part of the heart of Milwaukee Lutheran.

From leading in chapel to traveling around the Milwaukee Area and around the world on tour, the choir blesses the school and community while singing. Milwaukee Lutheran offers four choir options and it is a wonderful way to grow both musically and spiritually. Many students can attest to the fact that choir is more than a class, it’s a fun place to learn, share gifts, and praise the Lord.

Students may participate in the following chorale programs: Women’s

Chorus, Men’s Chorus, Kantorei, Women's Treble, Advanced Men's Choir, Jubilee Choir, Bel Canto Choir and Joyful Noise.

In the top video, meet our former choir director, Mr. Ken Daniel, who developed and grew the choir into what it is today. The choir is now directed by the well-loved, Mr. Harold Simelton.  Hear a snippet about why Mr. Simelton loves teaching choir in the bottom video!

OVER 350 STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN CHOIR.
