Approximately 80% of all careers require education and/or training beyond a high school education. Some careers require four years of college. Others require one year of education or training at a trade school or community college. While there are many factors that determine the opportunities a student will have in life, the most significant factor is education.

Milwaukee Lutheran has averaged an appointment to one of the prestigious military academies every other year. Additionally, around 5% of MLHS graduates choose to serve their country by electing to enlist into military service.
The Military offers a young person the chance to serve, free training, travel opportunities, and excellent benefits. Military programs build discipline and maturity quickly. The three common avenues are: Military Academies, Reserved Officer Training Corps, and Enlisting
Costs for college education are covered in exchange for service after college graduation. Students enter the military as commissioned officers. Students must be accepted to the school and then into the ROTC program.
