SHARE JESUS . SHAPE LIVES . DEVELOP LEADERS

A letter from Principal, Mr. Adam Kirsch:

Thank you for taking the time to see what Milwaukee Lutheran has to offer students that is unlike any other high school.  I know that there are a number of high school options available to you.  Your decision in choosing a high school is one of the most important decisions made during the ages of adolescence. The high school years are a time of incredible growth and change - not only physically, but also intellectually, socially, and spiritually. The nurturing and loving environment that Milwaukee Lutheran offers contributes to their development.

While other schools can share their plans in helping students achieve their academic goals, Milwaukee Lutheran can do that – and more! The name of Jesus is boldly and passionately proclaimed every day. We are able to witness to the Truth of God’s Word throughout our classes. His work is seen in the lives and through the witness of our students and staff. Our students consistently hear the message that they are completely and perfectly loved by God. They are able to pick up the strategies for defending their personal faith as they leave this school and are confronted by a world that will challenge their faith. At the time when spiritual maturation is most important, our students are able to be surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses that prepare them for the challenging times. That is something that you cannot put a price tag on!

With over 800 students, Milwaukee Lutheran is the optimal size school. We are able to offer a variety of activities and experiences to involve all students. We are also able to maintain the relationships of a small school where all students feel a connection to their peers and staff.  While Milwaukee Lutheran is a distinctly Lutheran educational community, students of all backgrounds are welcome and included in our culture.

As one of the largest and oldest Lutheran high schools in the nation, we’ve maintained and devoted ourselves to Sharing Jesus, Shaping Lives, and Developing Leaders for over 115 years. Just as thousands of Milwaukee Lutheran graduates have experienced in the past, we are different because of the work Jesus does in our school.

Thank you for visiting our website today. Let us know how we can serve you. God Bless!

The goal of all schools is to academically prepare their students for the challenges they will face in their future. While that is a major focus of what we do, Milwaukee Lutheran High School is committed to something greater: preparing students for a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. Students have the opportunity to learn the Truth in a diverse environment where Christ is at the center of all our service to others. Experience the difference that Jesus makes at our school.
