Summer School Credit Recovery Options 2019

Program 1

Students meet face to face with teachers at Milwaukee Lutheran. They are required to be in attendance every day. There is no cost to the student for this option. Courses included in this option are as follows:

English:  Monday through Friday June 3^rd– June 28^th
Class meets from 7:30 AM -12:00 PM each day. Students must be on time and can miss no more than 2 days. They will lose credit and be removed on their third absence.

Algebra:

Week 1 - M-R, June 10-13.      Week 2 - T-F, June 18-21.        Week 3 - T-F, June 25-28. 

Week 4 -  M-R, July 8-11.           Week 5 - M-R, July 15-18.       Week 6 - M-R, July 22-25. 

Students must attend 1 of 2 sessions. 10:00-11:30 AM or 12:30-2:00 PM (Afternoon for those taking English as well). Students must be on time and can miss no more than 2 days. They will lose credit and be removed on their third absence.

Program 2

New to Milwaukee Lutheran this year is an online credit recovery option. Students will enroll in an online course and will have 8 weeks to complete the course. There is a $50 fee for each course that students register to take. Courses included in this option are as follows:

Biology Semester 1             Biology Semester 2                            Geometry Semester 2          

Lab Science                              US History Semester 1                    US History Semester 2

Students will come to Milwaukee Lutheran on Wednesday June 5^that 8:00 AM for an introduction to the course and get familiar with the assigned work and expectations. Afterwards, they will have 8 weeks to complete the course. All work must be completed by Wednesday July 31 at 11:59 PM.
